THE BRAIN BEHIND
SIGNAL NEURO

JORDAN  CLAVIER

Jordan Clavier is a highly experienced IONM specialist and the founder of Signal Neuro, a medical practice providing intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) services and consulting for a wide range of surgical procedures. With comprehensive expertise in multi-modality neuromonitoring, he specializes in real-time neurophysiological assessments during complex surgeries, with a particular interest in cranial nerve monitoring for head and neck procedures.

Jordan earned his Master’s degree in Health and Kinesiology from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2005, where he served as a graduate assistant and contributed to research in neuromuscular physiology, biomechanics, and exercise science. During this time, he gained hands-on experience in electrophysiological recordings including electromyography (EMG) and physiological signal analysis. Jordan also completed graduate coursework in medical physiology and motor learning and control at Louisiana State University.

Following graduate school, Jordan started his career in Baton Rouge and received comprehensive IONM and neurodiagnostic training at NTI and the NeuroMedical Center. He also had the unique privilege of expanding his knowledge and training by moving to St. Louis and the Florida panhandle. There, he received substantial experience monitoring complex procedures such as cranial bypass, skull-base, head/neck, and spinal correction surgeries. He holds a Certificate in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) and is a Registered Nerve Conduction Study Technologist (R.NCS.T).

Jordan resides in Maurice with his wife and son. In his spare time, his interests and hobbies include spending time with family, fishing, cheering for LSU sports, health and wellness, and neuroscience.
